Payments & Shipping
We accept Paypal (preferred method) as well as cashier's check's, money orders, personal checks, and cash. If paying by personal check, please allow 10 days upon receipt for check to clear. We will charge an additional $25 for any checks returned to us for non-payment to cover our bank charges. Cash sent strictly at buyers own risk. If paying via snail mail, please enclose a copy of your invoice with your payment so that we can ensure you get the proper product. Flame Makers Custom Candles will assume no responsibility for lost payments. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. Products will be shipped promptly after receipt of payment. Shipping will be via UPS unless otherwise requested or stated in ad. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the buyer to allow you to track the shipment and provide us with delivery confirmation. Please note: Paypal payments must be received within 3 days and snail mail payments within 7 days or the items will be re-listed and a non-paying bidder alert filed. Appropriate feedback will be left on all transactions!
